Kankakee First Church of the Nazarene

Threshold of Hope is a free 10 week structured therapeutic support group for adult women that have experienced sexual abuse as a child or as an adult.  It is led by Jeanette Martinson MA/LCPC and Natalie Bullock RN.  It is a confidential group where women are free to share as much or as little as they want about their experience, but will benefit from being with other women who have been through similar circumstances.  This is a closed group, meaning once the 10 week session has started, new members are not accepted until the next session.  It runs twice a year, in the spring and in the fall.  The group meets weekly for 1 1/2 hrs at a confidential location.  Former members as well as new members are encouraged to attend.  For more information and/or to reserve your place in the group, please contact Jeanette Martinson 815-937-5113, Natalie Bullock 815-928-9133, or Pastor Cindi 815-602-8619.  All calls are confidential.
